By using the Same Day Haulers website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pricing & Estimates

- Volume-Based Pricing: Final pricing is determined on-site based on the space occupied in our truck.
- Text-a-Photo Estimates: Provided estimates are approximate only and may change after on-site evaluation.
- Heavy Materials: Items such as concrete, brick, or construction debris may be charged based on weight rather than volume.

Booking & Payments

- All bookings are scheduled through our online system (Bookly).
- Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Secure payment processing is handled via WooCommerce and third-party providers.

Service Standards

- Broom-Clean Guarantee:We ensure the serviced area is left clean and swept after completion.
- We follow NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY) guidelines for proper disposal and recycling.

Cancellations & Scheduling

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Customers must ensure clear access to the service area.
- For buildings in Manhattan, customers are responsible for freight elevator access and COI (Certificate of Insurance) requirements if needed..

Service Limitations

- Weather conditions may delay or reschedule services.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or incomplete job information.

Liability

Same Day Haulers is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for items not intended for removal that were accidentally left in the service area.
